Candy hearts always make me smile. When I first divorced, I realized that I repeated unhealthy patterns that I needed to undo. I sought therapy, and one of the assignments for self-love my therapist gave me was to take myself out on a date. To feel like I was worth it. So I'd dress up, go out for dinner, and compliment myself. To really emphasize this, I'd give myself a candy heart at the end of the date. This painting is to commemorate those affirmations, ones I still say to myself. I hope they bring you comfort too.
